We understand that sometimes, a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making things right. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged upon delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and accessories included. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned once they have been personalized.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected]. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please do not return any items without an RMA number, as they will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a credit to be used in-store or at our online shop, located at silver4u.co.za. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method. Refunds will only be issued for regular-priced items; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not exchange any products. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to Elize Fourie, Box 200, Postnet, Kimberley 8301. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Timeframe for Returns

Returns must be received in our warehouse within 7 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. If you are requesting an exchange, please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is properly packaged and shipped to avoid damage or loss during transit.
